How to be happy and healthy with your food, weight and body.
Fruit of long research and more than 30 years clinical experience and inspired by “The Women´s Therapy Center” of London and New York, my approach offers an integrated vision of what Compulsive Eating is and how it causes more serious consequences like Bulimia, Anorexia and Obesity.
The differential of this work is traveling on an intertwined psychological and a physiological axis.

How to hire
Individual Therapy, Coaching, Parents Counseling:
An initial appointment, in person or via skype is scheduled for evaluation of specific needs.
For Group Therapy:
There are two possibilities:
You may engage in one of the schedules offered or to form a group with your family, friends or co-workers.
In general, there is an initial set of twelve sessions for introduction and consolidation of the aspects mentioned on the psychological and physiological axes.
